Full-time and part-time schedule. Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 2:30 pm. More details upon interview.

2 years of previous kitchen experience is preferred.

$19.00 to $19.50 per hour

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with applicable standards to ensure high-quality food service.

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items with short preparation times; completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Serves customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food is at proper temperature and presented well.
• Follows established ticket procedures and maintains records from the area worked.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, temperatures and portion control.
• Handles food safely, transporting items between workstations and storage areas.
• Stores foods with proper wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
• Maintains sanitation standards by cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports to supervisor as needed.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings and maintains good working relationships with colleagues and management.
• Performs duties safely and maintains a clean, safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
