ALMG Hospitality has been leading the LA Korea-town’s culinary scene with unique F&B concepts since 2012. Pop-up brands ‘Oppa Juicery’ and ‘Milk Tavern’ were sensational hits featured and aired nationwide on NBC Today Show, Food Network, Travel Channel, and many more. Proudly one of the best localizer of K-food content in the United States - successfully opening Korea’s most loved street food franchise ‘Yup Dduk’ in multiple locations in SoCal since 2015, and our own Korean breakfast sando ‘Egg Tuck’, and Korea’s favorite dessert bread concept ‘Calic Bread’ spreading nationwide.

Description

[Responsibilities]

  • Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of
  • Greet loudly and thank guests for their visit.
  • Understand and explain all menu items and variations.
  • Receive and input orders into POS system and receive payments.
  • Monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied.
  • Actively monitor all on-line orders for any special errors, follow protocol to report and claim credit.
  • Bus tables by removing dishes and trash and set up for the next guest.
  • Answering phone calls in polite manner for all to-go orders, complains and directions.
  • Stock up or set up food stations and dining area.
  • Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, tidying up server station, taking out trash, or checking and cleaning bathroom.
  • Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offer suggestions for improvement.
  • Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
  • Assist in training new fellow employees according to up-to-date training manual.

[Qualifications]

  • Strong communication skills and work ethic
  • Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
  • Fluent in Korean and English, both oral and written is a huge plus
  • Experience in cash resister, POS terminals, and tablets
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
