Hands-on Functional SME / Business Analyst with strong automotive manufacturing & Quality Management System (QMS) experience to quickly understand an existing system and create / validate functional specifications for modernization.
Must Have:- 10+ years as Functional SME / BA
- Strong hands-on experience with QMS
, including: - Quality Issue / Concern reporting
- Workflow & case management
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions
- Correlation / trend analysis across defects and plants
- Supplier quality, audits, and compliance reporting
- Ability to rapidly understand current-state functionality and document functional specs
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, or validation (preferred)
