Translational Medicine Scientist

• Be responsible for the training of the BD team;
• Assisting the BD team in communicating with pharmaceutical companies on scientific aspects;
• Interface with biomarker team of pharmaceutical companies and participate in the consultation of clinical trials;
• Communicate with the physician of the clinical program;
• Organize and participate in internal communication and meetings of specific pharmaceutical companies' business projects;
• Communicating with biomarker, R&D and other teams on business models;
• Production of scientific materials, training, and external presentations related to pharmaceutical business;

Qualifications/

Skills:

• Graduated from famous domestic and overseas universities, major is not limited, doctoral degree or above;
• Experienced in commercial development for corporate clients, or project management experience in collaboration with pharmaceutical companies in diagnostic or clinical research, etc;
• Professional background in international pharmaceutical companies, or diagnostic companies, or CROs is a plus;
• Background in medicine or molecular biology is preferred;
• Educational background or experience in oncology is preferred;
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
