This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the marketing presence of two standout Orange County hotels, each offering distinct guest experiences and strong community appeal.
Classification and DetailsClassification: Full-Time
Shift: Monday
- Friday, with travel for training and work in office at Hilton Irvine Orange County (18800 Mac Arthur Blvd., Irvine, CA 92612) and Embassy Suites Anaheim/Orange (400 N. State College Blvd., Orange, CA 92868)
Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $28.00- $32.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

Experience
- Requires a minimum of two years of experience in marketing, account management or similar industry.
Preferred:
- Experience of working in a marketing position in the hospitality sector
- Proficient in graphic design and with Adobe Suite including Photoshop and Canva
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing the following essential functions to the highest standards for the Hilton Irvine Orange County Airport and Embassy Suites Anaheim/Orange:
- Content & Asset Management:
Assists in managing, executing, and regular audits of marketing-specific assets, collateral, website, 3rd party sites, social media, digital & traditional advertising and coordinating photo / video shoots. - On-Property Experiences:
Assists the Director of Marketing with identification and tactical elements of the hotel’s programming, activations, and partnerships. - Digital Marketing:
Assist with the creation and execution of all digital media in alignment with digital marketing calendar planning. - Posting and upkeep within social media channels, ensuring implementation of the established social media plan and calendar. Ensuring all marketing assets are provided in a timely manner to 3rd party sites.
- Public Relations Support:
Assists with the coordination of media visits, including itinerary confirmations, property tours, distribution of media kits, etc. - Additional Tactical Support: provides as-needed tactical and project-based marketing support in order to effectively and efficiently execute the hotel’s strategic marketing plans.
