MOET Law Group is seeking a motivated and outgoing Field Marketer to support our community outreach and brand awareness efforts in Irvine, CA and surrounding areas. This full-time, hybrid role is ideal for a results-driven professional with 2+ years of field marketing or outreach experience who enjoys engaging directly with the community and building strong relationships. This position plays a key role in expanding our visibility, generating leads, and strengthening partnerships through in-person and outbound marketing initiatives.

• Conduct field and community outreach to promote brand awareness and services
• Perform market research to identify potential customers and assess community needs
• Engage in door-to-door marketing and in-person promotional efforts
• Utilize telemarketing and outbound calling strategies to generate qualified leads
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
• Collaborate with team members on fundraising and promotional initiatives
• Negotiate with prospective partners and clients to secure agreements and partnerships
• Communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences
• Supervise and coordinate outreach activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards

• Minimum 2 years of field marketing or outreach experience (required)
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and community engagement strategies
• Experience with telemarketing, lead generation, and customer engagement
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive communication skills
• Proven ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work independently in diverse, field-based environments
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, self-motivated mindset

  8-hour shift - Monday–Friday (weekends as needed)
