Position Overview
The Video Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, producing, and distributing video content that supports brand awareness
, lead generation
, and client education
. This mid-level role requires both creative execution and strategic thinking, with a strong understanding of B2B audiences and professional services marketing.

Key Responsibilities- Video Strategy & Planning:
Develop video concepts aligned with marketing objectives, campaigns, and buyer journey stages - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and subject-matter experts to translate complex investigative services into clear visual narratives
- Maintain a video content calendar aligned with broader marketing initiatives
- Brand Presence & Employer Brand Support:
Serve as an on-camera brand ambassador for select video and social content, representing the firm’s values, professionalism, and culture - Participate in occasional short-form social media content that supports employer branding and recruitment efforts (e.g., behind-the-scenes, culture highlights, day-in-the-life, careers-focused videos)
- Collaborate with marketing and HR to create authentic video content that attracts talent while maintaining a professional, credible B2B brand presence
- Support the firm’s visibility on platforms such as Linked In and other relevant channels through personality-driven, compliant content when appropriate
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and confidentiality standards
- Content Production, & Compliance:
Script, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, including: - Brand and explainer videos
- Thought leadership and educational content
- Client testimonials and case studies (as appropriate)
- Social media and website videos
- Manage lighting, audio, framing, and post-production to ensure professional standards
- Create motion graphics, captions, and basic animations when needed
- Work within legal, ethical, and regulatory constraints relevant to investigative services
- Distribution, Optimization & Performance:
Publish and optimize video content across channels (website, Linked In, You Tube, email campaigns, sales enablement) - Adapt long-form content into short-form clips for social media and campaigns
- Apply SEO and platform best practices (titles, thumbnails, captions, CTAs)
- Track and report on video performance metrics (engagement, completion rate, conversions)
- Use insights to refine content strategy and improve future videos

RequirementsRequired Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in video production or video marketing, preferably in B2B or professional services
- Strong proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)
- Experience filming interviews and corporate content
- Ability to translate complex or sensitive topics into clear, engaging video content
- Strong storytelling, scripting, and visual communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Familiarity with Linked In and You Tube marketing for B2B audiences
- Motion graphics or animation experience
- Understanding of content marketing and demand generation strategies
- Comfort appearing on camera as a brand representative or social media personality
- Experience creating or contributing to professional social media content for brand or recruitment purposes
- Understanding of employer branding and talent attraction content in a B2B environment
- Detail-oriented with high professional standards
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and subject-matter experts
- Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of confidential information
- Self-directed with strong project management skills
- Analytical mindset with creative execution
- Confident, professional on-camera presence
- Strong judgment in balancing authenticity with brand, legal, and confidentiality requirements
