We are hiring an Influencer & Creator Strategy Lead to define Renpho’s creator ecosystem and brand halo through influencers.
This role is strategy & structure for the company. Execution, outreach, and operations is already supported with internal teams.
You own who we work with, why we work with them, and what they should represent in support of the Renpho brand and company growth.
Core Mandate- Build a credible, brand-aligned creator strategy
- Guide influencer selection for product launches and brand moments
- Define influencer strategy by category (experts, lifestyle, credibility)
- Build creator shortlists for launches and brand campaigns
- Create influencer briefs aligned with brand narrative
- Partner with internal teams on execution and reporting
- Evaluate creator performance on content quality and brand fit
- Higher-quality influencer content
- Clear message pull-through
- Influencer content reused across brand and retail
- Strong brand halo from creator partnerships
- 7+ years in influencer or creator strategy
- Strong editorial and brand judgment
- Experience working with global execution teams
- Comfortable saying “no” to misaligned creators
- You want to manage outreach and logistics
