Job Summary

The Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing – Influencers, Partnership & Events supports the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across influencer marketing, brand partnerships & outreach, and experiential events
.

Reporting into the Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager, this role works closely with internal teams and external agencies to translate campaign strategy into thoughtful, on-brand execution. This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role that requires strong judgment, exceptional organization, and strong storytelling and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate campaign intent, execution, and outcomes.

This role is ideal for a marketer with 3–5 years of experience who is deeply immersed in the wellness space and can connect the dots across creators, partners, and experiences—ensuring each activation ladders into a clear, cohesive campaign narrative.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Influencer Marketing (Agency-Led Execution)

  • Manage day-to-day communication with the influencer agency, ensuring clarity on timelines, deliverables, and expectations
  • Review agency recommendations and influencer lists; evaluate alignment with brand values, campaign objectives, and audience relevance
  • Select and recommend influencers aligned with brand and campaign priorities
  • Lead internal reviews and approvals for influencer content, ensuring brand, regulatory, and messaging alignment
  • Oversee execution through posting and content delivery
  • Track execution and performance; develop post-campaign recaps with insights, optimizations, and recommendations

Brand Partnerships & Outreach

  • Identify and lead outreach for brand partnership and collaboration opportunities aligned with campaign and brand priorities
  • Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with partner brands
  • Project manage partnership timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment
  • Ensure partnership activations are executed consistently and on-brand
  • Track execution and performance; develop post-activation recaps with insights, learnings, and recommendations

Event Planning & Execution

  • Manage day-to-day communication with the events agency
  • Project manage end-to-end event planning tied to campaign objectives, including timelines, production schedules, logistics, and deliverables
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
  • Serve as a key point of contact for hands-on, on-site event execution to ensure seamless, on-brand delivery
  • Track execution and performance; develop post-event recaps with insights and recommendations to inform future campaign executions

Storytelling, Messaging & Campaign Narrative (Core Capability)

  • Translate integrated campaign strategy into clear, cohesive narratives across influencer programs, partnerships, and events.
  • Write and refine briefs, feedback, recaps, and documentation that clearly articulate campaign intent, execution, and outcomes.
  • Ensure all executions ladder up to a consistent campaign story across touchpoints.
  • Synthesize complex activations into clear takeaways for internal teams, leadership, and partners.

Planning, Process & Execution Management

  • Partner with the Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager to build and evolve executional processes across influencer, partnership, and event initiatives
  • Maintain clear timelines, trackers, and documentation to support campaign execution and visibility
  • Ensure deliverables, approvals, and performance data are captured accurately and kept up to date
  • Flag risks, delays, or gaps in execution early, providing clear context to support decision-making
