The Senior Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across the West Region. This position will oversee the systems, processes, and platforms that enable the marketing team to deliver Senior Marketing Specialist will partner with regional marketing lead, marketing and support team members to optimize workflows, support campaign execution, firm/department/regional initiatives, and ensure tools and reporting frameworks are effectively implemented.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for enabling teams to work more efficiently and effectively.
Manage and optimize marketing tools, platforms, and systems to support firm, regional, and team initiatives and campaigns.
Assist in overseeing project management system to ensure all requests are fulfilled
Streamline workflows and establish best practices for project management and campaign execution.
Partner with designers, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth operational alignment across the region.
Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to regional leadership.
Ensure accuracy in reporting
Maintain a high level of quality control across all deliverables, ensuring consistency, accuracy and alignment with brand, regional, and firm standards
Leverage to track, analyze, and report key performance metrics; translate data into meaningful insights and narratives for Quarterly Business Reviews.
Support budgeting, vendor management, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
Act as a liaison, selecting and working with external vendors on assigned projects in collaboration with marketing team members
Serve as the key point of contact for marketing operations within the West region.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, data management policies, and organizational processes.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement scalable solutions to support growth.
Facilitate training and adoption of marketing platforms and initiatives, ensuring team is empowered to use tools effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and marketing operations peers to share learnings and drive consistency across the organization.
May perform other duties as assigned.
QualificationsSkills,
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 5 years previous marketing experience
Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills: verbal and written
Knowledge of basic Adobe Creative Suite (IND, PS, and AI) and Microsoft (PPT, XLS) programs preferred
Strong project management skills and knowledge of project management system a plus
Salary Range Language
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
