Proposal Coordinator

Proposal Coordinator - San Diego, California

Ninyo & Moore, a SOCOTEC Company, has an immediate opening for a Proposal Coordinator to work with our marketing team in our San Diego, California office. The successful candidate will:

• Work with team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents, qualifications proposals, SF330 documents, and presentation materials in response to RFP/Qs
• Engage with team on a regular basis to ensure timely submittal of deliverables
• Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-ups
• Help maintain the template/content library and CRM program
• Assist with various other marketing-related tasks

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
• Demonstrated experience performing similar services with A/E/C firms is a plus

• Strong work ethic
• Teamwork perspective and desire to support marketing initiatives
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and departments
• Positive attitude, detail oriented, and ability to problem solve
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to use experience and judgment to accomplish goals and meet demanding deadlines
• Comfortable working under pressure and able to handle multiple tasks
• Strong grammar and creative writing skills
• Ability to work independently when needed

Job Status

Full time, at least 4 days a week in office
