Under the direction of the Area Supervisor, organize, maintain, coordinate, and manage the department’s safety program, suggestion program, training compliance, and documentation support. Support Manufacturing Supervisors by purchasing and organizing business unit supplies, printing and posting production reports, conducting investigations, and writing the initial reports for non‑conformances and product complaint responses. Perform electronic batch record audits and POV responses. May coordinate and present training to personnel as needed.
Responsibilities:Essential Duties
- Organize, maintain, coordinate, and manage the department’s safety program, suggestion program, training compliance, and documentation support.
- Assist Manufacturing Supervisors with purchasing, organizing supplies, printing and posting production reports, conducting investigations, and drafting initial reports for non‑conformances and product complaint responses.
- Execute electronic batch record audits and respond to POVs.
- Coordinate and present training to personnel as required.
- Work non‑standard schedules as needed.
Knowledge & Skills
- Assignments are routine and repetitive within narrowly defined parameters.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines.
- Work under general supervision and may assist in orienting, training, and supervising peers.
- Employ limited judgment to resolve issues.
- Communicate primarily with direct supervisor, peers, and subordinates.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or technical degree preferred.
- 2–4 years of related experience required.

Physical Demands- Moderate work – exert up to 40 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, or 10 lbs constantly.

CompensationHourly wage range: $26.00–$28.41 per hour.
The range reflects various factors considered during hiring, including skill set, experience, and business needs. It is a reasonable estimate and is not adjusted for geographic differentials.
