Machine Operator / Production Associate Apply by Scheduling a Virtual Video Meeting
We’re hiring a Production Associate / Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team that produces high‑performance diamond blades and core bits used in construction, stone fabrication, and mining. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll learn multiple production processes and contribute to a team that builds industry‑leading cutting tools.
What You’ll Do- Operate laser marking machines to properly mark finished products
- Cross‑train in multiple areas: dressing, packaging, painting, grinding, CET printing, stamping
- Perform radius grinding on small parts to match core specifications
- Pull and stage materials for production as a material picker
- Learn and operate laser welding machinery, including post‑weld quality checks
- Measure and cut arbors using laser cutters or similar equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE (steel‑toe boots, glasses, earplugs, gloves)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs safely (with assistance when needed)
- Basic computer skills and ability to read instructions in English
- Strong attention to detail for verifying part numbers and job orders
- Ability to follow SOPs and maintain a quality‑focused mindset
- Good hand dexterity and mechanical aptitude
- Basic math skills
- General labor, packaging, production, or warehouse experience
- Machine operation, deburring, or grinding experience
- Reliability, consistency, and strong work ethic are highly valued

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
