Assembler​/Tester - Military Flight Controls Division

Job Description

Parker Hannifin is seeking an Assembler/Tester A for the Military Flight Controls Division. The successful candidate will accurately and efficiently assemble and test moderately complex products, achieving customer quality and on-time delivery schedules.

Essential Functions

• Perform moderately complex assembly and test functions, utilizing mechanical skills, hand and power tools, and test equipment.
• Record test results, identify malfunctions, and rework as instructed.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, and test specifications.
• Produce and inspect assemblies that conform to product specifications.
• Participate in lean initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of industry-related experience in assembly and test in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate product and process knowledge, selecting appropriate procedures and techniques.
• Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints, route sheets, and test specifications.
• Possess strong mechanical reasoning and effective interpersonal communication skills.

• Pay Range: $22.50/hour to $34.70/hour.
