Attend FFS machine, perform minor troubleshooting, enter data into E , and perform machine setup and cleaning and minor adjustments.

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to manufacture products according to specifications, schedules, volume, cost, and wastage targets or quality standards.
• Operate machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
• Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard or remanufacture faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
• Perform adjustments, setups, production changeovers, and cleaning of FFS machines.
• Keep equipment clean and clear blockages to keep machine running.
• Notify lead/supervisor of any problem.
• Work in other areas as needed.
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Adhere to all safety and good housekeeping procedures.
• Record machine downtime.
• Comply with all departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Measure, inspect, and document information related to production batch records.
• Set up film and foil and make adjustments as required.
• Ensure manufacturing equipment has necessary supplies.
• Perform visual and functional tests on containers.
• Perform cleaning, sanitization, and disinfection of equipment.
• Troubleshoot operational problems with the machine and make corrections.
• Make adjustments to the machine as required.
• Ability to troubleshoot barcode machines.
• Ability to accurately communicate problems to the mechanic to expedite troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of cGMPs.
• Perform material handling functions related to the operation as needed.

The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

• Assignments are routine and repetitious in nature. Work performed within narrowly defined parameters.
• Works under direct supervision and from detailed verbal and/or written instructions.
• May require some limited judgement in resolving problems.
• Contacts are primarily with direct supervisor, peers and subordinates.

Required:

• High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent.
• 02–05 years of related experience.
• Regular and predictable on‑site attendance.
• Ability to work a non‑standard schedule as needed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

If you are applying to this role, you must meet the following physical demands:

• Moderate work – Exerting up to 40 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs of force frequently.
• Visual acuity with or without corrective lenses.
• Handling, hearing (ordinary, fine distinction, loud – hearing protection required), standing, talking (ordinary, loud/quick).

$21.84 per hour. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
