Responsibilities:
Essential Duties

• Under the direction of the Maintenance Engineering Manager, supervise the manufacturing maintenance area to ensure timely and efficient maintenance of production and/or facility equipment.
• Establish and monitor the performance of preventive maintenance programs and personnel improvements for production line performance, including scheduling and planning of line maintenance and cost-reduction activities.
• Responsible for personnel actions including hiring, performance management and termination.

• Provides direct or indirect supervision to a group of employees, assigning tasks and checking work ountabilities include scheduling, performance management and recommendations for hiring decisions.
• Judgment is required in resolving complex problems based on experience.
• Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers; frequent contact with external contractors/vendors.

Education/Experience/Training

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed.

Compensation: $87,900.00 – $97,900.00 annually

The compensation range reflects factors such as skills, experience, licensure and organizational needs. The disclosed range is a reasonable estimate and may be adjusted for geographic differences.
