Cable & Harness Assembler

Circuit Assembly is a trusted electronics manufacturer with over 50 years of stability and growth. We are expanding our team and seeking a Mid-Level Electronics Assembler with hands‑on experience in electronic or electromechanical assembly.

Job Summary: The Electronics Assembler is responsible for assembling components, following work instructions and simple blueprints, and ensuring products meet quality and production standards. This role is ideal for candidates with several years of relevant experience who want long‑term stability and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electronic/electromechanical products using hand tools (crimpers, strippers, pliers, etc.).
• Follow written work instructions, drawings, and basic blueprints.
• Inspect and verify components, quantities, and quality throughout the assembly process.
• Perform basic soldering (if experienced).
• Keep workstation clean and organized; assist with pulling kits and preparing materials.
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Use basic measurement tools; familiarity with GD&T measurement concepts is a plus.
• Work with the Assembly Supervisor to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of electronics or electromechanical assembly experience required.
• Experience using common hand tools for assembly (crimpers, strippers, pliers, etc.).
• Ability to read simple blueprints and follow technical instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, quality-focused, and reliable.
• Basic soldering skills preferred.
• High school diploma required; technical training in assembly or blueprint reading is a plus.

This is an onsite role – must work from our Irvine office.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
