Salary: $300,000-$350,000/year plus bonus

Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, is seeking a hands-on change agent to lead operations at a GMP-regulated site — to step into a Site General Manager role. Responsibilities- Responsible for planning, directing and overseeing all production activities for the specified business unit, focusing on maximizing resources and meeting established production specifications, schedule, volume and quality standards
- Develop and implement manufacturing schedule; allocate labor and capital resources
- Analyze production, maintenance and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions
- Work with cross-functional operations managers to understand current and future product needs; develop plans, cost estimates and schedules
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of supervisors responsible for various production activities such as assembly, machine operation, processing, and packaging
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience with automated production lines and complex manufacturing processes
- 15+ years of manufacturing experience with 10+ years in a management role
- FDA GMP regulation experience
- Requires breadth of organizational, professional field and industry knowledge
