This senior-level Partner position requires a driven client-facing leader who is interested in being part of ERM’s thriving community of outstanding professionals who combine strong consulting and business development skills with a technical foundation to drive regional Health & Safety service growth for clients and accounts within North America (NA).
Reporting directly to the North America Regional Commercial Director, this position is responsible for developing and executing the Health & Safety Services growth strategy for the region, while providing leadership and guidance to >100 Health & Safety Services consultants throughout the NA organization. This position is also responsible for encouraging clients to move beyond traditional compliance and corrective programs so that they can maximize the return on their investments in health & safety - to de-risk assets, protect people, and safeguard business value.
This role will require collaboration across the globe, region, regional service and industry leaders, business units, as well as proactive leadership in the marketplace with clients to grow ERM’s health & safety business in North America. The impact will be measured through both sales and revenue growth, margin enhancement, and opportunity pipeline growth as well as by growing ERM’s brand in North America.
