Job Summary

Lead, govern, and optimize a diverse portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Oversee full project life cycles including road mapping, resource allocation, risk management, financial tracking, and delivery. Partner with cross‑functional leaders across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and corporate governance standards.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of strategic manufacturing projects aligned with organizational objectives
  • Oversee end‑to‑end project life cycles including road mapping, resource allocation, risk management, financial tracking, and delivery
  • Implement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping to improve operational efficiency
  • Partner with cross‑functional leaders in manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain to streamline end‑to‑end processes
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across global teams and operations
  • Develop and mentor project managers and analysts to build internal project management capabilities
  • Monitor KPIs, deliver comprehensive status reports, and communicate insights to executive stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and corporate governance standards

  • Candidates must be highly proficient in reading, writing, and speaking the English language
