Accounts Receivable Manager Why This Role
This is a high-impact leadership position in a fast-paced environment. You’ll own the full AR cycle, lead the AR team, interpret complex client contracts, and partner with Accounting, Sales, Payroll, and Legal to protect revenue and hasta reduce financial risk.
What You’ll Do- Oversee end-to-end AR operations: billing, collections, cash application, and reconciliation
- Manage weekly/monthly invoicing and ensure billing accuracy and compliance
- Interpret CSAs, rate sheets, and client billing requirements
- Monitoravad AR aging, resolve disputes, and drive timely collections
- Lead, train, and develop the AR team
- Improve processes, reporting, and internal controls
- Prepare AR metrics and reports (DSO, aging, cash flow, disputes) Fluo>
- 5+ years of progressive AR experience; 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong contract and billing interpretation experience
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Avionté or similar systems preferred
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and effective communicator
- Salary: $70,304 annually
