Job Title : Branch Manager
Hourly Pay : $30 - $60 / hour

Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Lead and motivate staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor branch performance, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to improve branch profitability and enhance customer retention
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
- Resolve escalated customer issues and conflicts to maintain customer satisfaction
- Prepare and manage branch budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Align branch goals with overall company objectives, collaborating with senior leadership
- Organize and conduct staff meetings to review performance and set goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 35 years of branch management, retail, or supervisory experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong financial management and budgeting experience
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and branch management software
