Fleet Maintenance Manager
The Regional Fleet Manager will report to the Regional Vice President and will foster collaboration between Corporate Fleet, Regional/Sales Leadership and Branch Operations to develop and execute a fleet strategy to meet key performance objectives.
This position will support the regional footprint to drive optimal fleet utilization, return on investment and support the achievement of annual business plan objectives. It drives execution by influencing regional/branch leadership and acting as a change agent, requiring a sense of urgency to resolve problems while harnessing a strategic mindset to achieve long‑term goals.
Salary Range$105,000 - $140,000*

- Fleet Performance – ROI, Utilization, ROCA, UES
- Alignment with Sales and Financial Strategies – BP Achievement
- Demand Planning – heavy alignment with Sales
- Proactive Fleet Movements between Markets/Branches
- Fleet Finding Support
- Intense Management of Underperforming Assets and Markets
- Oversight of Service Fleet (delivery vehicles) for proper utilization
- Strong Leadership and Negotiation Skills
- 5-8 years of management experience in the rental industry – Branch Manager, Fleet Manager, District/Regional Manager
- Solid analytical skills
- Sales driven
- Advanced computer competence
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills
- Strong team player – experience with high‑performance teams
- Commitment to company values
- Ability to travel approximately 40%+
- Valid driver’s license and maintenance of a good driving record
