We need a team in-house to coordinate maintenance, oversee vendor services, and ensure the safety and functionality of our work environment. This role ensures CHAGEE’s spaces operate seamlessly to support business success.

• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections for building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general upkeep.
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers, ensuring work is completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes.
• Assist in managing the facilities budget and tracking expenses related to maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
• Respond to and resolve urgent maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for facility operations.
• Implement and promote sustainability initiatives that improve energy efficiency and reduce waste.

• Hands-on facility maintenance experience with an emphasis on vendor coordination, safety compliance, and troubleshooting commercial equipment.
• 1-3 years of experience as a maintenance technician or related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Certification in facilities management (e.g., IFMA, BIFM) is a plus
• Proficiency in facilities management software is a plus
• Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Requires strong communication, multitasking, and prioritization skills

The expected hourly range for this position is $35-$45/hour. Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on considerations including (but not limited to): relevant knowledge and experience for this position, skills, education, certifications and more.
