We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to support our property of 306 guest rooms, 22,000+ sq ft of event space, and 8 meeting rooms. This hands‑on role involves maintaining the physical integrity and safety of the hotel, from guest rooms to heart‑of‑the‑house areas.
Wage: $21.60-$27.00 per hour
Schedule: 9 a.m.–7 p.m., weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities- Maintain facility functionality and safety, including guest rooms, public spaces, and operational areas.
- Respond to guest calls and team member work orders promptly and courteously.
- Perform preventive repair and maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, light electrical work, painting, and HVAC.
- Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs.
- Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention.
- Expertise in painting and wallpaper is an extreme plus.
