Warehouse Technician

This position performs shipping and receiving responsibilities for company products and equipment. This position reports to the local Office Manager.

Overview

The role includes essential functions such as:

• Completes daily receiving entries in a software system.
• Participate in the management of raw materials and critical supply inventories.
• Perform Quality Control inspection of inbound and outbound cases, equipment, and accessories.
• Performs general housekeeping, maintenance, and organization of the dock and inventory areas.
• Responsible for all warehouse functions including palletizing, de-palletizing, inbound/outbound order verification, and shipping/receiving duties.
• Adherence to warehouse safety requirements and protocols.
• Works closely with Logistics and performs cross-functional duties with other departments.

Work Environment

Work is regularly performed in a combination of office and warehouse environments and is regularly exposed to heavy machinery and noise.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. The days and hours of office operation are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm.

Travel

Travel may be required for this position as mandated by the needs of the 10 Nationwide locations.

Required Education and Experience

• Forklift Certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education and Experience

• Forklift Certification
• 2+ year of experience in a related field
• 1 year of A/V technical experience
• Associate degree or technical certificate in a related field
