Overview
The Supply Chain Planner will own the replenishment and deployment plan for a specific product line portfolio. This role is responsible for executing STR-STO conversions, managing TMS load building, and ensuring timely supply of materials throughout the global distribution network. The planner will collaborate closely with distribution centers, regional supply planners, and cross-functional teams to maintain product availability, mitigate inventory deficiencies, and support customer service goals.
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Up to $51/hour
Responsibilities- Own replenishment and deployment planning of finished goods in SAP.
- Execute STR-STO conversions and build/monitor load plans in SAP Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Review daily TMS/SAP exception reports and coordinate with distribution centers to ensure on-time shipments.
- Monitor and maintain integrity of master data in SAP to support replenishment planning.
- Track weekly/monthly production plan attainment to ensure continuous product supply.
- Collaborate with regional supply planners to balance local supply plans with customer service and inventory targets.
- Support Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process and On Time In Full (OTIF) metrics.
- Balance product allocation requests between sales orders and STOs to avoid shortages.
- Communicate product availability updates and potential risks to Supply Chain and Customer Service teams.
- Review PBI and SAP reports to identify inventory shortages and coordinate mitigation strategies.
- Perform data validation for SAP/TMS/Kinaxis releases and system enhancements.
- Provide track-and-trace updates for products in transit via TMS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand/Supply Management, Deployment, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Materials Management.
- SAP and Kinaxis experience preferred; ERP software experience required (ECC, APO, PAM, TMS modules preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Experience with Power BI preferred.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence in a matrix organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
