Supply Planning Coordinator I

Schedule: Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
As a Supply Planning Coordinator I, you will play a key role in protecting the customer experience by monitoring inventory and order performance, identifying root causes of delays, and working cross‑functionally to resolve issues and prevent recurrence. This is an analytics‑focused role ideal for candidates with supply, production planning, or data‑driven operations experience who enjoy problem‑solving and collaboration.
You will not interact with external customers, but you will partner closely with internal teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service.
How You’ll Make an Impact- Analyze key supply chain data sets—including global inventory levels, demand and supply signals, intercompany transfer orders, and open orders—to identify root causes of order fulfillment delays.
- Investigate past‑due orders, diagnose contributing factors, and partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to implement corrective and preventive actions that reduce future delays.
- Build, maintain, and enhance reporting and dashboards that highlight trends in open and past‑due orders, supporting data‑driven decision making.
- Contribute to global initiatives aimed at reducing Open Orders Past Due below $16.6M and improving On‑Time In‑Full (OTIF) performance from 88% to 92% by 2026.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Accounting, Mathematics, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, customer service, or similar operational roles.
- Strong experience analyzing large data sets using Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
- Experience working with SAP, Kinaxis, or similar ERP/planning systems strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify trends and root causes.
- Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional internal teams in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Open to candidates with supply planning or production planning backgrounds.
- Success in this role requires strong data analysis skills, comfort working with reporting tools, and the ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams.
- This role does not involve interaction with external customers.
The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
