The Senior Supply Chain Manager plays a critical role in enabling Habit Burger & Grill's growth and restaurant performance by leading RMI initiatives, strengthening supplier and cross-functional execution, and providing clear visibility, accountability, and coordination across all supply chain activities. This role serves as the primary supply chain lead for the Habit Brand Team, partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure supply continuity, operational readiness, and alignment with brand priorities.
Salary Range: $157,100 - $184,900 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
* Lead Habit's RMI agenda across food, packaging, and indirect categories, identifying cost, yield, and value opportunities that drive restaurant performance.
* Serve as the primary supply chain lead for the Habit Brand Team, providing visibility into supply chain performance, risks, supplier readiness, and execution status.
* Partner with Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions (RSCS) to ensure brand priorities, inputs, and support enable effective commercial, S&OP, and execution outcomes.
* Monitor supplier, distributor, and logistics performance across service, quality, and continuity, diagnosing issues and coordinating timely recovery actions.
* Coordinate supplier readiness for menu innovation, product changes, limited-time offers, equipment, and packaging updates to ensure supply availability and operational compatibility.
* Lead supply risk and issue management across categories, including escalation, crisis coordination, and structured communication with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Field teams.
* Analyze supply chain data and trends-including distribution costs, logistics optimization, SKU segmentation, and supplier/DC performance-to inform brand decision-making.
* Partner cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, Operations, Culinary, Marketing, and Finance to align supply chain actions with brand strategy and operational needs.
* 8+ years of experience in supply chain roles, ideally within the food industry or a related field.
* Experience working with suppliers across food, packaging, distribution, and/or indirect categories.
* Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
* Proven ability to build strong partnerships, challenge the status quo, and drive change across internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written) with the ability to influence and gain buy-in.
* High level of intellectual curiosity and a data-driven, analytical approach to problem solving, including strong proficiency in Excel.
