Responsibilities include representing the company in all phases of Workers’ Compensation litigation in Southern California, preparing legal pleadings, and conducting legal research. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation litigation and be a member of the California State Bar.
This position offers a hybrid work model and competitive compensation ranging between $150,000 and $190,000.
