Associate Attorney (1-4 Years) - Construction & Civil Litigation

Salary: $180,000-$195,000 + Bonus Eligible
California (onsite - Irvine)

Practice Areas: Civil Litigation
· Construction Law
· Public & Private Works

• Legal research, analysis, and drafting
• Law & motion practice; understanding of the California Code of Civil Procedure
• Managing discovery, document review, and evidence organization
• Client communication and representation
• Case management and deadline tracking
• Collaboration with partners and team members
• Maintaining billable requirements and contributing to revenue goals

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California State Bar (or eligibility for admission)
• Excellent legal writing, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Work with Fortune 50 clients and leading national contractors
• Established firm over 50 years
