• As a Permanent Associate Attorney (Tax and Estate Planning), your key responsibilities will include
• Providing expert advice on tax and estate planning matters, including estate tax, gift tax, 706, 709, and trust planning.
• Drafting and reviewing tax and estate planning documents, including revocable trusts and irrevocable trusts.
• Advising clients on tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Representing clients before tax authorities and in court proceedings.
• Researching and staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Collaborating with other attorneys and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
• Providing legal advice on a wide range of issues related to the healthcare industry.

• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• An LLM in Tax
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney focusing on tax and estate planning.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, particularly estate tax, gift tax, 706, 709, and trust planning.
• Proven experience in drafting and reviewing tax and estate planning documents, including revocable trusts and irrevocable trusts.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Admission to the state bar.
