Civil Litigation Attorney – Plaintiff Side

A growing civil plaintiff law firm in Irvine is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join its team. This role is open to attorneys from plaintiff or defense backgrounds who are interested in transitioning into or continuing plaintiff-side work in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing- Handling civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Participating in depositions, mediations, and case strategy
- Working closely with senior attorneys and partners on active cases
- Gaining direct exposure to plaintiff-side litigation and case development
- Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)
- Bonus: 3% of the attorney’s fees on cases you handle

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
