Wanted Experienced Probate, Trust, and Estate Planning Attorney. This is an in-office position at our Orange County Location. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our dynamic Probate, Trust, and Estate Planning legal team. This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to engage in a broad range of legal matters, including estate planning, trust administration, special needs planning, probate, and wealth counsel.

Salary
: $115,000 - $130,000 per year

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Probate, Estate Planning, and Trust Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience (or strong interest) in trust litigation, conservatorships, probate, and trusts. In this role, you will:

• Represent clients in disputes involving estates, trusts, wills, and fiduciary duties
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on complex matters
• Counsel clients on estate planning strategies
• Assist with disputes involving wills, trusts, and estates
• Gain hands-on experience, direct client interaction, and opportunity to grow your practice
• Work in a supportive, collaborative environment to sharpen litigation skills

• California Bar admission required
• 2+ years of legal experience preferred (estate planning/probate/trusts focus)
• Strong interest in probate, estate planning, and trust litigation
• Strong drafting and writing skills, excellent legal research, and client advocacy relationship skills
