Job Details
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in trust and estate litigation, with a proven track record of successful litigation outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of trust and estate laws and regulations, and experience in estate planning.
- Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues and develop effective litigation strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve disputes and achieve favorable settlement outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards, with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and handle high-pressure situations with poise and confidence.
- Proficiency in using legal research tools and software, and familiarity with court filing procedures and rules.
