Job Description

A plaintiff Newport Beach firm currently seeks a litigation paralegal with 3+ years of experience. This firm is Award Winning, rated one of the best places to work and has many top rated lawyers since being established nearly 30 years ago. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil litigation, is able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.

In this position, you will be providing assistance during all phases in the litigation process. This is a fun team of people, that enjoys working together and has great tenure within the firm. This position can be hybrid after 90-days (3 days on-site, 2 at home). Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in California
• Strong understanding of the California Code of Civil Procedure
• Thorough knowledge of legal terminology, key discovery statutes, principles and procedures, ability to respond to discovery, pleadings, working with clients
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred- but not required
• Plaintiff and defense candidates will be considered
