OverviewWe are seeking a Litigation Associate to support civil litigation matters from inception through trial in a national firm with practice areas in General Liability defense, Construction Defect, and Product Liability defense.
Role Overview- Manage a caseload of civil litigation files from inception through trial
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Take and defend depositions
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience
- Premises liability, product liability, construction defect and transportation experience is a plus
- Juris Doctorate is REQUIRED
- Admitted to practice law in California
- Base Salary + Bonus
