We are seeking a Litigation Associate to support civil litigation matters from inception through trial in a national firm with practice areas in General Liability defense, Construction Defect, and Product Liability defense.

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation files from inception through trial
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Take and defend depositions
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Premises liability, product liability, construction defect and transportation experience is a plus
• Juris Doctorate is REQUIRED
• Admitted to practice law in California
• Base Salary + Bonus
