Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
A national law firm providing construction and surety law services seeks an Associate Attorney for their Irvine, California office.
Requirements- Active license to practice law in California
- 1-4 years of civil litigation experience
- Construction experience with public and private works claims for change order disputes, delay and disruption claims, and mechanic’s lien issues is preferred but not required.
- Solid writer with good foundation in California Code of Civil Procedure
- Research, analysis, and legal writing
- Document review
- Client representation
- Case management
- Collaboration and learning
Position is onsite in Irvine 5 days/week.
Includes base salary + annual bonus + comprehensive benefits (health, dental and vision insurance; 401K; PTO; etc).
