We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. This position offers exposure to active cases, client interaction, and professional mentorship. It is ideal for someone eager to grow, develop strong legal skills, and make a meaningful impact in their legal career.

• Draft and review contracts, briefs, motions, and legal documents
• Conduct in-depth legal research
• Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and legal proceedings
• Provide legal counsel in collaboration with senior attorneys
• Negotiate on behalf of clients
  
  Maintain accurate and organized client files

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Successful completion of the bar exam
• Strong written and verbal communication skill
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  
  Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and support client needs
