Business Litigation Attorney position in Irvine, CA (Hybrid). Our client is a prestigious law firm seeking an experienced attorney to join their team. The role offers the chance to handle complex, high‑level matters across multiple industries.

• Represent clients in a broad range of business litigation, including commercial, banking, and contract litigation; corporate, partnership, and ownership disputes; shareholder derivative actions and business dissolution cases; banking, mortgage, and lender liability claims; trade secrets, nondisclosure, and unfair competition lawsuits; business torts (fraud, antitrust, etc.); intellectual property disputes; employment litigation; class action litigation (including Slack Fill lawsuits); insurance coverage disputes; real estate litigation (contract, warranty, tort claims);
  
  construction litigation.

• Base salary up to $265k + bonus

• 4–15 years of Business Litigation experience
• J.D. from an accredited law school
