Excellent opportunity for a Contract Business Immigration Attorney to join a prestigious law firm with a high-volume, fast-paced practice. Role will focus on business immigration H-1B matters. Candidates local to Irvine, California able to work in office are preferred.

• Responsible for handling a high volume caseload of H-1B's
• Advising and reviewing cases: AC21 regulations, Recapture analysis, Final NIV assessment, International travel related issues, H4 extension, H4 EAD
• Preparing and drafting cases.
• Communicating with team members on a daily basis.

• JD or LLM.
• Admission to a US State Bar.
• Experience with business immigration matters, specifically: H-1B's.
• Exposure to AC21 regulations, Recapture analysis, Final NIV assessment, International travel related issues, H4 extension, H4 EAD preferred.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay connected to a team environment.

• Role to go through middle of July with potential for extension.

JD, CA State Bar, local to Irvine, CA. 1+ years of business immigration experience.
