Overview
Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Assistant to join our clients reputable civil litigation firm in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trial preparation and support, and will be able to handle a variety of tasks to assist their legal team.

ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
Draft and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Manage case files, ensuring all documents are organized and up to date
Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as needed
Maintain and update trial calendars and deadlines
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and copying
Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant in civil litigation
Proven trial experience is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Paralegal cert + Degree null
