MOET LAW GROUP | Personal Injury & Accident Lawyers

We are a personal injury law firm that is seeking a motivated, organized, and responsible legal secretary/assistant to join our team full time. Fluent in Spanish is a plus. Any legal and office experience is welcomed but not required. If you want to work in a fun and exciting environment then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities

Answering calls
making outgoing calls to prospective clients
Organizing and updating case files
Calendaring
Opening insurance claims
Scheduling doctors appointments for clients
Following up with clients regarding their treatments and doctor appointments
Sending letters of representation to insurance companies and other parties
Processing mail

Requirements

Spanish (Preferred)
Computer proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task
Personal injury law: 2 years (Required)
