We are seeking an experienced Korean-speaking Immigration Paralegal to join our expanding legal team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and collaborative, with a strong interest in immigration law and ongoing professional development. This position requires the ability to independently manage complex immigration matters with minimal supervision and a genuine desire to contribute to a mission-driven practice while growing alongside the team.
Our firm primarily handles employment-based nonimmigrant visa matters, including E-2, H-1B, O-1, J-1, TN, and L-1 petitions, as well as immigrant visa cases such as EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 and EB-3 (PERM-based), EB-2 NIW, and EB-5. We also represent clients in family-based immigration matters and N-400 naturalization applications.
Responsibilities- Prepare and complete immigration petition forms with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare Department of Labor filings, including ETA 9035, ETA 9141, and ETA 9089.
- Draft attorney cover letters, support letters, RFEs, NOIDs, and other legal correspondence.
- Assemble well-organized exhibit packets with proper tabs, indexes, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain regular communication with corporate and individual clients regarding document collection, case status, and updates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking corporate and individual client accounts.
- Review translated documents for accuracy and provide feedback to translation vendors as needed.
- Assist with tracking deadlines, managing filing logistics, and ensuring timely submissions.
- Organize and maintain digital case files and support case status tracking.
- Conduct in-depth legal research on immigration laws, regulations, AAO decisions, court findings, legal precedents, USCIS policy manuals, and other pertinent information.
- Participate in case strategy discussions and support attorneys in case preparation.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Korean and English is required.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in employment-based immigration, with particular experience in E-2, H-1B, L-1A, O-1, EB-1A, EB-1C, NIW, and PERM based green card petitions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
