Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys handling civil defense matters.
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence.
- File documents in state and federal courts, including e-filing.
- Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and case schedules.
- Coordinate depositions, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain client files, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communicate professionally with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel.
- Minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in Irvine.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal court filing procedures and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Professional demeanor and strong written and verbal communication skills.
