Immigration Attorney

Our client is a fast‑growing, client‑focused immigration law firm based in Irvine, CA, representing individuals, families, and businesses across the U.S. and globally. Built on integrity, advocacy, and excellence, the firm is expanding its employment‑based immigration division.

• Lead and manage a full caseload of employment‑based and business immigration matters.
• Advise corporate clients, investors, and entrepreneurs on strategy, compliance, and visa options.
• Draft and file petitions with USCIS, DOL, and DOS; prepare clients for USCIS interviews.
• Work with firm leadership to expand the practice, develop procedures, and support business development.
• Mentor junior attorneys / paralegals and stay current on regulatory and policy updates.
• Participate in marketing, speaking engagements, and client relationship‑building.

• J.D. and active license in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7-10 years of employment‑based immigration experience with a strong record in complex cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in practice growth.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or other languages) a plus.
