Position Information

Status: Exempt

Salary Range: $200,000 - $400,000 annual base salary, commensurate with education and experience. The actual salary offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including location, originations, and portable book of business.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid. This full-time position may work from one of the Firm offices listed above. Remote candidates will also be considered.

Job Details

Job Summary: The client seeks a lateral attorney with significant management-side labor law experience to join the Firm’s national Employment and Labor practice. Ideal for proactive, experienced attorneys with a self-sustaining book of business who want to integrate their labor and employment practice into a full-service corporate law firm to leverage national resources and cross-marketing opportunities in a collegial, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Skills And Abilities:

  • Self-sustaining portable business
  • Strong expertise and extensive experience representing management clients in labor negotiations and labor-related disputes, and advising on labor-related matters and risks
  • Strong organizational and matter management skills
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a high-paced, collaborative environment
  • Self-motivated with the desire to grow a practice
  • Commitment to building relationships and serving Firm clients

Education And Experience:

  • Currently admitted to practice with an active bar license in good standing in the state of residence
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in labor law representing management
  • Recent law firm experience and a portable, self-sustaining book of business required
