• The Associate Broker will play a key support role in a high-performing brokerage team. You’ll assist senior and inside brokers with day-to-day servicing, policy processing, and account management. Over time, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to carrier relationships, submission building, and marketing across a broad range of E&S (Excess & Surplus) accounts.

• Support brokers with policy issuance, documentation, and processing.
• Manage renewals, endorsements, and client servicing tasks.
• Learn how to build submissions and market accounts to carriers.
• Gain exposure to all facets of wholesale brokerage operations.

• Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn no insurance experience required.
• Background in sales, customer service, or office administration is a plus.
