We’re looking for a data-driven CRM & Lifecycle Manager to join our Heating business, based in our Irvine, CA office. This role will own the strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing across the customer journey—from lead nurture through to retention and loyalty—using Hub Spot automation, segmentation, and performance insights to drive growth. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Ecommerce, Marketing, and IT, you’ll play a key role in improving lead conversion, strengthening customer engagement, and scaling CRM programs that support the continued growth of our heating product portfolio.

Who

We Are Looking For
  • 4+ years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation with hands-on Hub Spot ownership.
  • Proven ability to improve lead conversion, lifecycle engagement, and revenue through segmentation and automation.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience evaluating conversion metrics, customer journeys, and campaign performance.
  • Experience integrating Hub Spot with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify and CRM systems.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and technical teams.
Role Responsibilities
  • Own lifecycle marketing strategy across key customer journeys including lead nurture, onboarding, post-purchase, re-engagement, and retention programs.
  • Build and optimize CRM automation in Hub Spot, managing workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and lifecycle stages to improve conversion and engagement.
  • Partner with Sales, Ecommerce, and Marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and lead management processes across the customer journey.
  • Manage CRM data quality and integrations, ensuring clean data flow between Hub Spot, Shopify, and other internal systems.
  • Track and optimize lifecycle performance, using reporting, testing, and insights to improve lead conversion, retention, and lifecycle revenue.
