• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in UX design, product design, or a related field.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, including Generative AI, and blending design with AI tools and workflows.
• Experience in leadership, design strategy, design patterns, and design thinking.

As an AI-forward UX Designer, you will move beyond designing static screens to orchestrating agentic systems and generative UI. You will help define the next generation of AI-powered customer support experiences by designing for agency, trust, and human-agent relationships. You will transform complex support workflows into interactive, system-driven prototypes that shape the future of customer engagement. This is a unique opportunity to lead experience systems leadership, moving from deterministic interfaces to experience infrastructure.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of UX, Engineering, and AI Research to define system logic and behavior models that establish trust and safety. Your work will leverage AI to accelerate the product development lifecycle from ideation to vibe-coding and rapid experimentation. By partnering with cross-functional teams, you will establish shared agentic experimentation environments to test multi-agent systems and ensure experience coherence for our customers and support agents.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$233,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
